A great blog post would be: Cool moments in videos
So… You could post your favorite videos pointing what makes them cool.
Haven’t seen many metal videos lately, in fact, I used to watch a lot when MTV’s headbangers just started (presented in latinamerica by those Argentineans… Alfredo and other cute pink-hair little girl), so I couldn’t tell about any new video.
So my few suggestions would be:
“Davidian” by Machinehead – how cool is to play drums next to a railroad while a train is passing? it is just a shot, but I still remember.
mmm…
“Wait and bleed” by Slipknot – at the begining of the video, #7 walking by in slow motion, no music yet, but that movement tells you they will shot your brain.
“Mother” (live) by Danzig – concert videos are cool, make you want to go and see them…
“prison sex” By Tool – just animation, but creepy when the toy realizes he’s inside a box.
I don’t know, all of them are old videos, but how about new ones?
Any way… Chimaira is a band i knew thanks to this blog and think they are great!
Great idea, c-g. I’ll work on that this coming weekend. Kind of busy looking for a new place to live among other things. Keep on the lookout for that, I’ve got some ideas brewing in my head already.
