Let me Know What you Think Of The New Look

I tried to keep the new layout simple for both myself and the readers. I figured the colors were easier to read, yet I didn’t completely shed the yellow and black. A couple more [metal related] ad banners may go up in the next few days but i’ll try not to oversaturate the blog with them.

So, let me know what you think by using the poll below. Something else new that I’ll be incorporating a bit more. Oh, and if you “Loath it”, please let me know why.

    thank-YOU!
i used to resize the browser to hide the old background, the contrast was to high to my eyes but now it’s easier to read it.
and i won’t say anything again your logo, i promise!
banners? they are part of small blogs, that’s not a problem for me.
keep with the hard work dude!

  • giles:

If anything i would change the color of the main background slightly , just so it wasn’t white… but you probably tried it and it was hard to read so its cool

  • giles:

oh and definately like the upcoming sidebar.. if it was there before i never noticed it.

  • metalguy:

i put content because im only CONTENt with the change (see what i did there?) i dont like changes to things i like (even my girlfriends haircuts) so itll take awhile to get used to

  • SW:

Honestly I was tired of seeing the background too. The main background was a bit too dark and I wanted to go with something a little easier on the eyes. it’s an off-white now and I kind of like it.

I don’t like change too often either but I think this brings a bit more of a professional look to the blog, though I didn;t want it to look too commercialized.
