As most of you know Job For A Cowboy is currently on tour with Gwar and Lamb of God. Well I guess there seems to be a “family emergency” and they have to cancel some upcoming dates according to the following myspace announcement. I am going to the show on the 21st and to be totally honest I wasn’t looking forward to seeing them play. I hope everything is okay on their home-front but I’m kind of relieved that I won’t have to sit through their set. I’m not sure if they will have a fill in band during these dates.Perhaps The Red Chord could fill the void and I’d be very happy.  Here is the Myspace announcement:

We are super bummed to announce we are going to have to drop off of our current tour with GWAR and Lamb of God due to a family emergency. We have been having a blast on the road with all these guys and our bros in the Red Chord just started on the tour as well! Anyway, below are the dates we are missing, we are sorry to anyone who was planning to come out and see us, you should still go to the shows cause all the bands have been KILLER every night! See you after the 26th!
