Download Arch Enemy's 'Pilgrim' From Guitarworld.com
GuitarWorld.com are hosting an exclusive download of Arch Enemy’s re-recorded track Pilgrim, originally recorded on the Burning Bridges album from 1999. Root of All Evil was mixed and mastered by Andy Sneap and produced by Arch Enemy.

I’m listening to the two new tracks and they really sound good. Michael Ammott sounds good on the backing vocals. I think I may actually end up getting this next week. Read the rest of this entry »
Arch Enemy Post New Re-Recorded Track
I still can’t get in to Arch Enemy. I think their sound is awesome but I just can’t get in to Angela’s voice enough to bring myself to be more interested in more of their music besides what I have. Maybe I just don’t listen enough, I don’t know. I also wonder how the old school, hardcore Arch Enemy fans feel about them re-recording songs from older albums. I know if Andreas Kisser decided to re-record old Sepultura songs with Derek Green I would have a conniption.
Here is a presser and a link to Arch Enemy’s Myspace where you can listen to a newly recorded version of “Bury Me An Angel”. Read the rest of this entry »

New Releases This Week 11/25/08
This week bears releases of just about every Motley Crue release worth listening to on vinyl, even Saints Of Los Angeles. I should probably keep that out of the category of “worth listening to” as I still stand my ground and say…that it blows. You can buy them individually as opposed to dropping $500 on the box set. Sunday saw the release of Guns N Roses Chinese Democracy. Other than that here are some of the other releases out this week of November 25th.
