Time for another list. Not a best of or anything, but as the title says, 10 Hair Band Ballads You Just Can’t Help Liking. Unless you’re t00 Br00tal or under the age of let’s say 25, then you have heard and probably liked these hair metal ballads from way back. That’s what sold the cd’s for those bands back before illegal downloading and singles. The ballads are what bands and producers relied on in order to win over the fans. It’s wasn’t the big hair, make-up and pants so tight that they showed Bret Michael‘s man-camel toe. It was the ballads. So…here it is.
1. Warrant: Heaven. Back before Jani Lane made Cherry Pies, he made killer ballads like Heaven on their debut album Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich.
