Priest named his son Marvin Cornell Elliott who is also a singer-songwriter now. Marvin followed his father’s footsteps and his stage name is Marvin Priest. Similarly, Maxi welcomed two more sons named Che Elliott and Ryan Elliott but any details about them are kept under the rader.

Maxi Priest’s Family and Married Life
The Billboard chart-topping singer Maxi is a family man as he spends most of his time with them. This is something he received from his parents who are from Jamaica. So, despite being born in London, Maxi never forgot his roots from Jamaica.
This also inspired him to sing songs as he listened to singers like Dennis Brown, John Holt, Ken Boothe, Marvin Gaye, Frank Sinatra, Bob Marley, and many more. He covered Bob’s song I shot the Sheriff and also featured songs with Shaggy and Roberta Flack.
So far in Maxi’s personal and professional life, he is never involved in any sort of rumors and controversies. He has a happy married life with his wife and there are no rumors of his extramarital affairs. In a recent concert at Kiza Lounge, Maxi appeared with his wife and band members.
